Born in 1971, studied Law at Sorbonne University in Paris, European Law (DEA) at the Institute of European Studies in Brussels, and International Private Law (DEA) in Liège.

He worked as legal advisor for the European Commission (DG Enterprise) and for the European Business Organization in Brussels.

He founded the first Greek Association of Young Entrepreneurs and organized for the first time in 1999 the European Business Awards with the support of the European Commission, the European Parliament and the Greek General Secretariat for Youth.

Since 1998 he has provided legal counsel to numerous corporations, institutions, and organizations, offering strategic legal advice across various sectors such as telecommunications, transportation, and finance. His expertise spans both European and international law, and he has been a key advisor in navigating complex legal landscapes.
